Flow Festival is more than just a biennial Deaf cultural gathering; it's a vibrant movement dedicated to amplifying Deaf arts and culture through immersive, authentic, and groundbreaking encounters. 

Under the direction of Deaf arts leaders and supported by diverse expertise and allyship, our mission is to cultivate a nurturing and inclusive space where our Deaf culture and lived experience thrives authentically via the arts. We achieve this both through our Festival event, and through our ongoing organisational practises and strategy. 

We look towards a time and space where Deaf and hard of hearing creativity can shine on both national and global platforms, as well as authentically exist within the very fabric of the arts sector.
